The City of Wilmington seeks a qualified contractor to perform asphalt milling and resurfacing, tree‑root remediation, grading, and related site work on the 5‑mile loop trail in Greenfield Park. The contract is a single‑prime bid with no bond requirements, a 180‑day construction window, and a one‑year warranty.
