Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to provide one (1) 4WD Utility Cab Tractor with a Hydraulic Shuttle Transmission. The tractor must meet or exceed the minimum requirements and specifications outlined in the RFQ document, including a diesel engine, hydraulic power steering, and a cab with air conditioning and heating. The vendor must also provide a warranty, maintenance service location, and onsite training. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities and irregularities in the bids received.
• The tractor must be brand new, unused, and free of defects
• The tractor must include all standard equipment, software, accessories, and charging infrastructure required for full operation
• The vendor must provide a copy of the specifications with the bid response
• The vendor must provide a warranty, maintenance service location, and onsite training
• The Commission will evaluate the bids based on the most responsible and responsive bidder at the lowest cost
