Description
The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas is soliciting proposals to provide treatment services, including substance use and mental health treatment, to federal defendants and persons under supervision. The selected vendor will provide services within the Eastern District of Texas, specifically in the Prosper, Texas area. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional four years. The vendor must be capable of providing services that meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation document.
* Substance use assessment and counseling services
* Mental health treatment services
* Urine collection and testing services
* Residential substance use treatment services
* The vendor must have a physical site within the catchment area and provide flexible scheduling options to accommodate the schedules of defendants/persons under supervision.
* The vendor must also provide a comprehensive diagnostic interview and assessment report for each defendant/person under supervision, and continually assess and modify treatment as necessary.
