Description
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Research and Development (BRD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure Faraday Bags per the specifications provided. The required Faraday Bags are Mission Darkness model MDFB-M-NW-CK with specific network components, including a non-window for tablets with charging kit, Voltaic always-on 20,000mAh battery, and two cable kits. The estimated quantities are not specified, but the Commonwealth reserves the right to purchase materials and services covered under the Contract through a separate competitive procurement procedure. The products shall be delivered fully factory assembled and duty-ready to the Pennsylvania State Police Central Supply Warehouse.
• The bidder must submit a Manufacturers Authorization Letter if they are not the original manufacturer of the equipment being provided.
• The bidder must provide the OEM's equipment and services required by this IFB.
• The manufacturer must acknowledge their responsibility for any warranty issues.
• The products shall be delivered to the specified location within the agreed-upon timeframe.
