FIVE (5) YEAR CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF CNG FUELING FACILITY & PUBLIC CNG STATION

The METRO Regional Transit Authority is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for its CNG fueling facility and public CNG station. The contract will be for a period of five years, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, monitoring, costs, permits, parts, rebuilds, engineering, and warranty for the fueling facility. The contractor will also be responsible for marketing the public CNG station and providing equipment necessary to operate and maintain it. The contractor must have 24-hour per day, 7-day per week on-call maintenance capability and provide monthly sales, DGE usage, and other information for the CNG public station. • The contractor must have experience with similar maintenance projects and provide references and contact information. • The contractor must identify key personnel and their years of related experience and specific responsibilities. • The contractor must provide a detailed work program identifying key activities, objectives, methodologies, timeframes, and deliverables. • The contractor must participate in a practice emergency response drill no more than two times per year. • The contractor must provide annual operational training on general CNG safety, fueling/defueling procedures, safety shut-downs, and emergency shut-downs.
