The County seeks a qualified General Building Contractor to perform resilience upgrades at the Miami‑Dade Cultural Center Main Library, enhancing flood resistance and hurricane protection. The work includes replacing the storefront with a hurricane‑resistant system, installing three HVHZ‑rated basement doors, repairing and resealing building windows, and installing nine flood barriers per the approved drawings. All work must follow state grant requirements, obtain necessary permits before commencement, and be completed within a 270‑day schedule.
