R425--BASE YEAR | SBAR Approved | HYDROJETTING WITH CAMERA WD REQUIRED

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide hydro jetting and cabling services for sewer and waste lines at the VA San Diego Medical Center. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services, including emergency response services at Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide services every three months, after normal working hours, and will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Providing all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, hazardous/nonhazardous waste disposal, odor control, and permits when required to perform all services for Sewer Line Hydro Jetting and Cabling Services. • Complying with the Federal and State Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other relevant regulations. • Providing VA staff with service reports for all preventative and corrective maintenance performed for each site visit. • Ensuring that all equipment, machines, and tools used during the performance of services are maintained in satisfactory operating condition and used in the manner that the tool was designed to be used for.
