Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services for the preparation of an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) with Narrative for the Gatesville Municipal Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing the ALP, which includes an 18B Obstruction Survey consistent with the latest version of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Master Plan Advisory Circular. The firm will also be required to provide a proposed project schedule, including the number of weeks necessary to complete each phase of the project.
• The firm must have experience in airport planning and development, including the preparation of ALPs and obstruction surveys.
• The firm must be able to demonstrate its ability to meet the schedules and deadlines of the project.
• The firm must be able to provide a qualified team, including a project manager and task leaders, with experience in airport planning and development.
• The firm must be able to provide a proposed technical approach and schedule to accomplish the project.
• The firm must be able to demonstrate its ability to work with TxDOT and other stakeholders to complete the project.
