Description
The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. Vendors must submit a quote that includes a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. The city will evaluate quotes based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid price, with consideration to local preferences.
• The city will provide a notice of award to the successful vendor(s) via email.
• The successful vendor(s) will have five business days from the date of the notice of award to secure and provide performance and payment bonds.
• The city reserves the right to modify the services provided by the respondent awarded a contract.
• The city reserves the right to reject any quote from a vendor that is in arrears or default to the city on any contract, debt, or other obligation.
