Description
The City of Middletown is seeking bids for the replacement of windows on the 4th floor of the Middletown City Building. The project includes replacing existing aluminum windows, window sills, and window coverings, as well as repairing drywall jambs and heads as required. The project is expected to be completed within 240 calendar days from the notice to proceed. A pre-bid meeting was held on March 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and a site visit was conducted after the meeting. The bid opening will take place on March 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The project is being publicly bid, and bid drawings are dated March 7, 2025.
• The City of Middletown is tax exempt.
• Prevailing wages must comply with the State Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Butler County and the City of Middletown, OH.
• The project is not subject to the State of Ohio Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) Business Development Program.
• A building permit is not required per the City of Middletown Building Department.
