The City of Santa Rosa seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive flow‑meter testing services for its water distribution system. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price agreement for an initial two‑year term with the option to extend up to three additional one‑year periods. The vendor must perform onsite verification of approximately 150 local water meters (tested every three years) and 30 regional reclamation meters (tested annually) using calibrated ultrasonic equipment, deliver certification and reports within one week of each test, and comply with all City specifications, local‑preference rules, and insurance requirements. • Perform onsite flow‑meter verification on propeller and ultra‑mag meters ranging 3‑10 in. diameter. • Use calibrated ultrasonic flow meters, provide calibration certificates, and submit verification reports within one week of each test. • Provide a fixed price for all labor, travel, materials, and reporting for the two‑year base term; prices remain firm for the entire term. • Must meet local‑vendor preference documentation, “approved‑equal” substitution process, and City‑required insurance (CGL, auto, workers’ comp, etc.).
