Description
The Troy School District is seeking bids for asbestos abatement at Boulan Park Middle School. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM local time. Bids must be submitted through Buildingconnect.com by January 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the board or superintendent and whether the bidder is an Iran Linked Business.
• The bid must include a certified check, money order, or bid bond by an approved surety company in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount.
• The price proposal shall be good for a period of no less than 60 days from the bid date.
• The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid that will best serve the District's interest.
