Measure I Local District Tax Professional Auditing Services

The City of Escondido is seeking a certified public accounting firm to audit the use of revenue from the Measure I Local District Tax Fund. The audit will be performed in accordance with Ordinance No. 2024-08 Section 3 Part F. The selected firm will be required to provide an audit report to the City Council by September 30th of each year. The City uses Workday ERP Software for all functions, including finance, human resources, and payroll.
