Sterling Recreation Center Pool Improvements

The City of Cleveland is seeking a Design-Build Team to provide professional Architecture, Engineering, and Construction services for the Sterling Recreation Center Pool. The project involves replacing select pool equipment, including the pool circulation pump, boiler, filter media, and select valves and piping, as well as making surge tank improvements, pool fill, and select piping repairs. The Design-Build Team will be responsible for providing full design and construction services, including due diligence, existing conditions verification, construction documents, permitting, construction administration, and closeout. The City is looking for a team with experience in Design-Build construction, a creative Architectural and Engineering Team, and a commitment to diversity and community benefits.
