DOOR HARDWARE AND SUPPLIES

The West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind is seeking bids for a one-time purchase of various door hardware and supplies. The required items include entrance locks, passage latches, classroom security locks, exit devices, hinges, door light kits, and other related products. All equipment must be new, and no used or refurbished equipment will be considered. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the required items at the lowest overall total cost. • The required items must meet specific mandatory requirements, including finish, design, and functionality. • The vendor must provide documentation confirming product identification numbers for any alternative solutions. • The contract items must be delivered within 15 calendar days after receiving a purchase order. • The vendor must designate a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing the contract.
