Medical Supplies, Equipment, and Related Services (Supplemental) - ESC Region 19 Allied States Cooperative

The Region 19 Education Service Center – Allied States Cooperative (ASC) is seeking proposals from vendors for medical supplies, equipment, and related services. The contract will cover procurements made with federal, state, or local funds. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals for all products or services they currently offer that fall within the scope of work. The successful vendor will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits, fees, and licenses, and for verifying compliance with local authorities. • The scope of work includes medical supplies, equipment, and related services, such as assistive furniture and equipment for special needs, test strips, blood testing supplies, dental products, diagnostic supplies, first aid supplies, gloves, microcuvettes, instructional supplies, protection and clean up supplies, scales, spill kits, wheelchairs, wound care, calibration services, repair services, installation, and more. • Vendors must provide pricing based on a discount from a price list or catalog, or a fixed price, and must include electronic catalogs and price lists with their proposal. • The contract will be for an indefinite quantity, and the vendor must agree to promote seasonal and special pricing. • The solicitation is open to all interested vendors, but vendors awarded on previous solicitations (24-7492 and 25-7522) do not need to respond.
