Grant Administration Services for the 2025 Office of Community Renewal State Funded Programs

The County of Warren is seeking a Grant Administrator to implement the Administrative Plan for the 2025 Office of Community Renewal State Funded Housing Programs. The Grant Administrator will be responsible for implementing the Administrative Plan for the Residential Emergency Services to Offer (Home) Repairs to the Elderly (RESTORE) and/or Access to Home funds awarded by the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) NYS Homes & Community Renewal (HCR). The key responsibilities of the Grant Administrator include: • Implementing the Administrative Plan for the RESTORE and/or Access to Home funds • Ensuring consistency with the respective LPA Manuals, policies, and procedures • Following and enforcing the Administrative Plan and all aspects of the Program Grant Agreement • Providing grant administration services for the 2025 Office of Community Renewal State Funded Programs The County of Warren is looking for a qualified proposal that meets the requirements and specifications outlined in the invitation to professionals.
