66--Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Center for Cancer Research (CCR) requires the purchase of one Bio-Rad Automatic Droplet Generator and one QX600 Droplet Reader to replace aging droplet digital PCR equipment. The contractor shall complete delivery no later than 12 weeks after contract award. • The purchase is for a firm-fixed-price acquisition with Bio-Rad, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). • The equipment is necessary to support CCR's mission-critical droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) research operations. • Interested parties may express their interest and demonstrate their capability by submitting a capability statement. • Submissions shall be sent electronically and shall not exceed ten pages.
