Description
The United States Coast Guard is soliciting quotations for the procurement of 300 units of "BREATHER" (part number 3040-01-729-2706). The supplies must conform to the contract requirements. The contractor shall provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government. The Government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies that have been tendered for acceptance. The contractor shall tender for acceptance only those items that conform to the requirements of this contract.
• The contract incorporates various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses by reference, including clauses related to inspection, acceptance, termination, and warranty.
• The contractor shall comply with the provisions of the contract, including those related to labor laws, environmental protection, and subcontracting.
• The Government reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or cause.
• The contractor shall provide a warranty that the items delivered are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in the contract.
