Collier County is seeking to continue manufacturer‑supported chilled water treatment services for its main campus cooling system. The contract will be awarded without competition to Nalco Company LLC (Ecolab) and will cover chemical supply, water quality monitoring, system inspections, equipment calibration, performance analysis, remote monitoring, and technical support. The services are essential to protect chillers, pumps, piping, and heat exchangers from corrosion, biological growth, and scale, thereby ensuring reliable, energy‑efficient operation of the county’s central chilled water plant for the next four years.
