Notice of Intent to issue a Sole Source Award to Procure and Deliver Lateral Flow Test Results from Persons Administered Integrase Inhibitor-based Long-acting Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking a healthcare provider to administer and manage the collection of blood spot specimens from individuals on long-acting pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). The ideal provider should have experience with Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved protocols and be able to recruit at least 50 participants. The Dallas County Health and Human Services Sexual Health Clinic is currently the only identified source that can provide the required services. * The provider should have a team of care providers and recognized leaders in HIV preventative care. * The provider should be able to support investigation of new CDC-developed assays and manage requested blood spot specimen collection during care visits. * The provider should have experience in running IRB-approved protocols and be able to recruit participants and achieve the multiple-visit series of test evaluations within the contract period.
