Description
Jackson State University is seeking bids for the purchase of a 400 MHz, 9.4 T NMR Spectrometer and related equipment. The bid includes items such as an NMR magnet, vibration damping table, Dell Precision workstation, and auto tuning unit. Bidders must comply with all rules, regulations, and statutes relating to purchasing in the State of Mississippi. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope or electronically, and the bidder must provide all information requested on the bid form.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications.
• The contract can be canceled with a 30-day written notice.
• The vendor must provide warranty service and replacements as specified in the bid.
• Jackson State University reserves the right to modify or cancel the contract in whole or in part.
• The contract is subject to the provisions of Executive Order 11246, which requires the vendor to comply with nondiscrimination clauses.
