Sheraden Park Phase 1 Construction

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking bids for the construction of Sheraden Park Phase 1. The project includes general construction, site protection, tree protection fencing, removals, erosion and sedimentation control, unclassified excavation, earthwork, and grading. The project also includes stormwater infrastructure, subgrade preparation, trenching, sanitary sewer service, storm sewer service, concrete paving, curbs, edgers, and stairs. The contractor will be required to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond.
