Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the purchase of one new 2024 or newer telescopic handler. The bid submission process will be conducted online through the City's Vendor Self Service (VSS) system. Bidders must be the Primary/Master VSS User on their account to submit an electronic bid. The bid documents and evaluation criteria can be accessed through the VSS system. The City requires bidders to fill out and upload all required forms, including inclusion forms and Excel price tables. The bid will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• The telescopic handler must be 2024 or newer.
• Bidders must submit all required forms and documents.
• The City is not entertaining discounts for early payment of invoices.
• Bidders can edit or withdraw their solicitation response at any time prior to the bid closing.
