Description

The University of New Mexico is requesting bids from qualified bidders for the purchase of a Cytivia AKTA Pur M protein purification system or an equal alternative. The system should include all accessories listed in the specifications. The bidder should present in detail all products and services offered in response to this invitation. The university desires a 1-year warranty, and bidders must be authorized to sell/resell the products and services being proposed. • The system must be able to detect 3 wavelengths simultaneously using a single light source (xenon lamp) for durability, reliability, and ready to use at start-up. • The pumps should be made of titanium rather than PEEK plastic for long-lasting durability. • The system should be able to be upgraded easily by the user with simple plug-and-play connectivity to increase capabilities as research develops or evolves. • The system should come with 1 year warranty, installation, training, and extensive technical support. • UNICORN software should be compatible across all AKTA platforms (old, new, industry-scale).
