Budget estimate

$30,000 – $60,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical costs for 200 ft of 3/4‑in PVC water line, excavation, back‑fill, a commercial‑grade yard hydrant, labor, permits, and overhead in South Florida, a reasonable estimate ranges from roughly $30,000 for a low‑bid, efficient contractor to $60,000 for a higher‑priced firm that includes extensive testing, warranty, and insurance costs. Factors influencing the final amount include site conditions (soil type, existing utilities), material brand choices, labor rates, and any unforeseen utility conflicts that may require change orders.
