Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Tier 1 construction at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The project involves providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. The contractor must have experience in large-scale telecommunication infrastructure construction projects, particularly in active healthcare environments. The project requires a high level of coordination and phasing to minimize system downtime.
• The project includes demolition, earthwork, site restoration, rough and finish carpentry, HVAC mechanical and controls installation, electrical work, telecommunications upgrades, plumbing upgrades, and fire suppression modifications.
• The contractor must provide a lump sum price for the project and submit a complete breakdown of the division pricing.
• The contractor must also provide a bid guarantee and furnish two bonds, a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond.
