Landscape Management Services to DOS Historic Sites

The Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide landscape management services at various historic sites in Florida. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, including mowing, trimming, and pruning, as well as providing other landscape-related services. The contract is expected to last for 180 days, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026. • The contractor must have experience in landscape management and maintenance. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the required services. • The contractor must be able to work independently and make decisions regarding the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds. • The contractor must be able to provide written reports and documentation as required by the Department. • The contractor must be able to attend meetings and conferences as required by the Department.
