Air Compressors and Install at Satellite Maintenance Facility

The City of Chesapeake is seeking purchase and installation of two (2) compressors with dryers and proper ventilation (fans) for the compressor room at the City's Maintenance facility. The compressors are required to be 20HP Rotary Screw with High Efficiency Motor and EPA Act Compliant. The selected contractor shall provide compressor package that meets product specifications, including installation, testing, and commissioning. The contractor must also provide training for facility personnel on the operation and maintenance of the air compressor system. • The air compressor system must meet specific requirements, including flow rate, oil carry-over, and noise level. • The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of industrial air compressor systems. • The contractor must provide a minimum 1-year warranty on parts and labor. • The contractor must offer post-installation support, including a 24/7 helpline for troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
