School of Infantry-East Waste Management Services

The School of Infantry-East is seeking a contractor to provide waste management services, including the rental and servicing of 173 portable toilets and 8 handwashing stations, for a period of 12 months. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and servicing the toilets and handwashing stations, as well as removing them at the end of the contract period. The contractor must also provide all necessary personnel, supplies, and equipment to perform the services. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance based on factors such as price, technical merit, and past performance. • The contractor must provide portable toilets with no open spaces, crevices, or hard-to-clean features, and with anti-skid protection on the floor. • The contractor must provide handwashing stations with a soap dispenser and sink with drainage into a waste tank. • The contractor must service the toilets and handwashing stations at least twice a week. • The contractor must remove all waste and debris from the work site at the end of the contract period. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
