The Town of Bourne – Bourne Public Schools is soliciting bids to upgrade its wastewater treatment plant’s Rotating Biological Contactors (RBCs) and associated components. The work is a lump‑sum contract that includes removal and replacement of media sections, painting and coating of steel troughs, installation of plexiglass splash guards, replacement of the influent flow‑control box, and extensive mechanical/electrical modifications to the RBC covers (exhaust blowers, PVC vent piping, dedicated 20 A circuits, and related wiring).
