Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified licensed HVAC installers for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The work includes repairs and must be completed according to the work write-up within 5 working days. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations, including TERO certification and payment of applicable fees.
• The bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office.
• The bidder must provide proof of certification with their bid.
• The bidder must complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up fully.
• The bidder must comply with Davis-Bacon Wage Rate requirements.
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates and warranties as required.
