Description
The City of Piqua is seeking a general contractor to provide property maintenance services for the 2026 calendar year. The scope of work includes boarding up and securing abandoned or vacant properties, removing falling gutters, boarding up broken windows, and repairing damage on properties being held for future re-use. The contractor will be required to inspect the property reported and inform the Community Services Department of any additional work needed to complete the job. The contractor must have a sufficient labor force able to perform all the work stated in the scope.

The contractor is expected to provide and utilize appropriate personal safety equipment at all times.
