Description
The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks is seeking bids for the purchase of a minimum of 115,000 and a maximum of 200,000 boat registration decals. The decals should be 3" x 3.5" in size, made of clear laminate/UV with permanent adhesive, and have a white film/vinyl with permanent adhesive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder. The estimated period of performance is from May 26, 2026, to May 25, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four years.
• The contract requires the delivery of the decals to the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks location at 1505 Eastover Drive, Jackson, MS 39211.
• The bidder must provide a signed bid form, bid cover sheet, and certifications and assurances.
• The bidder must also provide a price quote for the decals, which should include all required equipment, materials, labor, and overhead.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive bid, and the agency reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements.
