On-Call Business Consultant Services

The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is seeking an experienced consulting firm to provide on‑call business consulting services focused on space optimization, property management, and revenue‑related planning. The work will be delivered via individual task orders under a three‑year initial contract (with two optional one‑year extensions). The consultant will be expected to produce analyses, conceptual layouts, policy recommendations, and financial assessments that support the airport’s revenue growth and operational efficiency. • Provide master leasing and space‑planning studies, including tenant qualification criteria and space‑allocation policies. • Develop conceptual layouts, visual renderings, and business cases for new or renovated airport spaces (concessions, administrative areas, airline support facilities). • Conduct ROI, utilization, and concession‑mix analyses to inform revenue‑generation strategies, and supply ongoing support through task‑order assignments. • Deliver reports, presentations, and policy documents to airport leadership; maintain a qualified staffing roster ready for on‑call engagement. • Comply with city insurance, E‑Verify, and diversity‑inclusion requirements throughout the contract term.
