Description
The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Services is seeking to contract for adult and pediatric neuropsychological assessment services. The contract will be for a minimum of one year with the option to extend four additional years. The contractor shall provide neuropsychological screenings and comprehensive evaluations for adult and pediatric Native American patients. The contractor must possess a Ph.D or Psy.D in psychology with formal education and/or experience in neuropsychology and an active State Psychology license. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing neuropsychological screenings and comprehensive evaluations
• Submitting patient reports within 90 days of service examination
• Maintaining satisfactory standards of competence, conduct, appearance, and integrity
• Completing all medical records in a timely manner
• Abiding by IHS facility standards of conduct and policies and procedures
