Description
The U.S. Embassy Caracas is seeking to purchase batteries for the Chancery Main UPS. The solicitation is for a commercial item, and the award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The contractor must provide a warranty of at least one year and ensure that the equipment is new and not refurbished. The delivery date is no more than 30 days after the award.
* The required items are 80 batteries, 12V, 100AH, gel type, with specific dimensions and reference models.
* The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer submission and contract award.
* The government reserves the right to review the proposed AI use and request additional safeguards or controls.
* The contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01, March 13, 2026.
