Construction Administration Services - CTH KP (Garfoot Creek)

The County of Dane is seeking a qualified engineer to provide construction administration services for the replacement of the CTH KP bridge over Garfoot Creek in the Town of Cross Plains. The project involves the demolition and replacement of the existing highway bridge and roadway approaches. The selected consultant will be responsible for construction engineering oversight, including arranging and conducting construction-related meetings, taking notes and publishing minutes, and acting as a point of contact for construction contractors. The project is expected to start on April 1, 2026, and be completed by October 1, 2026. • The project is 100% funded by the County of Dane. • The selected consultant must be on the WisDOT Roster of Eligible Engineering Consultants. • The consultant will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and licenses. • The consultant will be required to comply with all applicable county specifications, ordinances, and local permitting requirements. • The consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, equipment, and supplies provided to the County comply with all safety requirements as set forth by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce and all applicable OSHA Standards.
