Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 3,850 to a maximum of 7,060 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront space within a 1 1/4 mile radius of 931 State Road 4334 North, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. The space will be used as an Armed Forces Career Center. The lease is for a five-year term with government termination rights, and a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services) is preferred. The government's space and service requirements are described in the attached documents.
