NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE VERATHON INC.

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division intends to designate a single source for the purchase of Verathon's GlideScope Go 2 handheld video laryngoscope and its accessories. The single source justification is based on the fact that the product is available only from a single source, and its use is economically and operationally in the best interest of the county. The proposed purchase includes the GlideScope medical device accessories, capital, and consumables. • The product is a second-generation handheld video laryngoscope. • The purchase is proposed for a period of approximately 3 years and 5 months, from May 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029. • The procurement services division is the sole authorized contact for inquiring or responding to this notice. • Respondents are not to provide pricing, but rather to submit written explanations or documentation contesting the proposed designation.
