Description
The United States Space Force is seeking information for the Commercial and Military Satellite Communications Operations Support (COSMOS) requirement, which will be a follow-on contract to the Wideband Satellite Communications Operations and Technical Support II (WSOTS II) contract. The COSMOS requirement will provide support to Space Operations Command (SpOC), Space Delta 8 (DEL 8), 53rd Space Operations Squadron (53 SOPS), and the Satellite Communications Office (SATCOM Office). The Government is looking for vendors with experience in managing worldwide supply and logistics, ITAR compliance, item management for weapons systems, enterprise logistics management systems, system administration on a global network, satellite communications, and supporting a secure network.
• Experience with managing worldwide supply and logistics
• Experience with ITAR compliance for shipments overseas
• Experience as an item manager for weapons systems under Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP)
• Experience with enterprise logistics management systems
• Experience with system administration on a global network
• Experience in satellite communications
• Experience in supporting a secure network and maintaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
