Description
The Government Publishing Office seeks a qualified vendor to produce and deliver a set of five high‑quality scientific posters for NOAA’s International Tsunami Information Center (ITIC) program. The work requires offset 4‑color printing on 100 lb gloss‑coated text paper, application of a clear aqueous gloss coating, precise multi‑step folding, scoring, and packaging for both flat and folded formats, followed by traceable shipment to multiple U.S. locations (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Maryland, and Washington, DC). The contractor must also submit electronic PDF proofs for approval before printing and provide required GPO documentation and forms.
• Print 8,620 posters (five designs) on JCP Code A180, 100 lb gloss‑coated paper, using a 4‑color process and clear gloss coating.
• Perform specific folding operations (three‑step for items 1‑3; two‑step for items 4‑5) and retain 50 flat copies per design.
• Package and ship folded and flat posters to four destinations by 08 / 06 / 2026 (partial) and 08 / 14 / 2026 (full) using traceable carriers, with required labeling and "Blue‑Label" certification.
• Provide electronic PDF proofs to designated NOAA contacts, obtain “OK to Print,” and submit required GPO forms (917, 2678, 905) and a W‑9 for payment.
