Description
This solicitation establishes a statewide, indefinite‑quantity, indefinite‑delivery term contract for the supply of AASHTO M294 Type S high‑density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe in 20‑ft and 24‑ft lengths, covering diameters from 15 in. through 60 in. The contract will be used by any South Carolina public agency for road, drainage, and infrastructure projects. Two lowest responsive and responsible offerors will be awarded a five‑year contract (one‑year base plus up to four one‑year extensions). Vendors must source pipe from manufacturers listed on the SCDOT Qualified Products List and must provide unit prices for each size/length combination; delivery, warranty, and administrative‑services‑fee (1.25 %) requirements are also specified.
• Provide new, SCDOT‑qualified HDPE pipe (15‑60 in., 20 ft & 24 ft) at unit‑price basis.
• Meet SC‑M‑714 specification and design drawing 714‑705‑01; supply any required accessories at cost + ≤ 15 % with prior approval.
• Submit a complete bid by May 4, 2026, attend optional pre‑bid conference March 20, 2026, and be prepared for quarterly administrative‑fee reporting and potential extensions through 2031.
