HDPE PIPE AND FITTINGS, PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF, RPQ

Palm Beach County is seeking pre-qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of HDPE pipe and fittings. The contract will be for a term with ongoing purchases as needed. Vendors must provide a completed pre-qualification response page, including certification of business location and applicable licenses. The county reserves the right to acquire goods and services through a state contract if it offers a lower price. • The pre-qualification response page must include the vendor's firm name, address, and contact information. • Vendors must certify that they have not been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or engaged in a boycott of Israel. • Vendors must provide evidence of insurance coverage, including commercial general liability and workers' compensation. • The contract will include a closeout period of 45 business days after termination or expiration.
