Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of water rescue and dive equipment. The contract will be a term contract with orders on an as-needed basis. Vendors must be able to supply equipment from various manufacturers, including Aqua Lung, Hollis, Interspiro, and others. The vendor will be required to provide insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, business auto liability, and workers' compensation.
• The vendor must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to receive a local preference.
• The vendor must submit a certification of business location and a business tax receipt.
• The vendor must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy.
• The vendor must provide a signed certificate of insurance evidencing the required insurance coverage.
• The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the dispute resolution process.
