This solicitation is a Request for Pre‑Qualification (RPQ) to establish a list of vendors that can supply and deliver high‑density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and fittings to Palm Beach County on a term‑contract, as‑needed basis. Vendors must be pre‑qualified through the County’s Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) system, meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, provide required insurance, and comply with local preference, small‑business, and non‑discrimination policies. The contract will cover multiple delivery locations across the County and will be awarded to any pre‑qualified vendor that meets the technical specifications and pricing criteria.
• Scope: Supply and delivery of HDPE pipe and associated fittings for County water‑utility projects.
• Delivery: Multiple County warehouses (West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Belle Glade).
• Pre‑qualification deadline: October 22, 2030 4:00 PM (after which new vendors may still submit for future consideration).
