Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit (TCU) Headquarters. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to conduct janitorial services. The services will include weekly, monthly, and bi-annual cleaning of offices, breakrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and other areas. The contractor must be a California-certified small business and must not subcontract any portion of the work.
• The contract term is approximately 3 years, from February 28, 2026, to January 31, 2029.
• The contractor must provide all necessary insurance, including general liability, workers' compensation, and commercial automobile insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and CAL FIRE policies.
• The contractor must provide a monthly report and invoice for services rendered.
• The contract may be terminated by CAL FIRE with 30 days' written notice.
