The Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide on‑call excavation and equipment services to support its water‑infrastructure projects throughout Roanoke, VA. • Perform excavation work on an on‑call basis, including trenching, backfilling, and site preparation. • Supply, operate, and maintain required excavation equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and loaders. • Respond to mobilization requests within the Authority’s specified response times and adhere to all safety and technical specifications. • Submit sealed bids by the deadline; all questions are to be directed to the Project Manager.
