Description
Gwinnett County, Georgia is seeking a qualified firm to enter into a one‑year firm‑price contract (with four optional one‑year renewals) to provide a broad suite of materials‑testing, field‑testing, laboratory analysis, drilling, and related inspection services for various county departments. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; the County may split or reject bids. Bidders must submit unit rates for each line item, meet extensive insurance and certification requirements, and provide key personnel resumes and references. The work includes asphalt and concrete core extraction, non‑destructive evaluation, soil and asphalt lab testing, drilling services, quality‑control inspection, traffic control, and miscellaneous services such as utility location and bathymetric surveys.
