Description
The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for labor, materials, and equipment to repair and maintain elevators and vertical lift devices at various county facilities. The proposed service agreement will cover a range of services including regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs. The contractor must demonstrate access to specialized technical support services and provide trained and competent service technicians. The contract will be for an initial term of 12 months with the option to renew for four additional 12-month periods.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work schedule and labor rates for regular and premium work hours.
• The contractor must replace faulty signal lamps and examine and test the hydraulic system and governor.
• The contractor must provide an electronic customer portal for viewing reports and elevator status.
• The contractor must correct mechanical, electrical, and structural deficiencies without additional charges to the county.
